About Our Client

The client is a leading and reputable tech unicorn with presence across SEA. Currently looking for a Senior Manager for one of it's business units to further boost supply acquisition and performance. This role is a team-leading role, responsible for market research and competitor analysis, business development, strategic partnerships, and continuous improvement in GTM strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Stay relevant with updated industry market landscape by analysing internal and external data - working closely with the business intelligence and strategy team to develop GTM strategyLead and nurture team's deliverable in fostering strategic partnerships with existing, new and potential businesses (suppliers) to ensure significant presence within the industryImplement continuous improvement - grow supplier network across the region, develop GTM strategy to ensure value delivery to the market and competitiveness Encourage cross-team and cross-functions collaboration to further boost expansion in partnership and activities within these disciplines: lead generation, commercial negotiation, integration

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field from a reputable university, Masters degree will be an advantageOver 10 years of working experience within Business Development, Strategy & Planning, GTM, Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, and/or Strategic PartnershipsProven track record in securing enterprise deals and achieving strategic partnerships with key commercial partnersDriven team-player and supportive of collaborative working cultureSelf-starter and entrepreneurial individual, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong stakeholder management skills - strong analytical, strategic critical thinking, problem-solving and conflict-management skill with internal and external stakeholderExcellent communication and presentation skills - both in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Ability to speak additional languages will be a plusExperienced in working in a multicultural environment
